The minimum order is 1000€ of goods, even assorted, for products immediately available in stock at our warehouses.

Should we develop custom productions for our customers, the MOQ is 10 pieces per color on vintage models, and 20 pieces per color on Classic models.


Via Firenze offers its customers multiple payment systems:

  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal
  • Credit Card
  • POS

The payment of the order is always made before the shipment of the goods, except in cases where there is a custom production to be developed: in this case we accept a deposit of 50% at the time of order confirmation, and the balance of 50% at the time of shipment.


The shipment of the products is carried out through our agreed carriers as: DHL (international) and TNT(national) and BARTOLINI (Europe).

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

  • Italy standard 1-3 working days (2 to 4 working days for Sardinia, Sicily and the Islands)
  • Europe 3-5 working days
  • Rest of the World 5-10 working days

How much is the shipping cost?

The expenses will be calculated in a personalized way for each Client Company based on:

1) Country of origin of the Company from which the order will be sent

2) Quantity of items ordered

3) Quantity and weight of boxes used

In general, the shipping costs start from:

  • Italy Standard: € 15
  • Europe: 30 €
  • Scandinavian countries, the Balkans, Switzerland and the UK: € 40
  • Rest of the World: €60

The costs related to customs duties and charges are always charged to the customer: all products for sale are EX-WORKS according to INCOTERMS.

If customs withhold the package for checks, delivery may take a longer time not attributable to La Via Firenze.

Delays caused by forces majeure (for example, earthquakes, climatic events, strikes, etc.) are not attributable to La Via Firenze.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday. We also ask our customers to note that the preparation and shipping process may take longer during the holidays. Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the first following working day.

By signing on delivery, the responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer. The person who signs, in fact, confirms the delivery receipt of the package and is responsible for the package itself.


If the consumer wishes to return the product, the latter can be returned and, if all the conditions below are met, La Via Firenze can refund the amount incurred. The costs of returning the goods to La Via Firenze are charged to the seller for returns on the Italian territory and to the buyer for orders outside the national territory.

The conditions (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005) for the return of the purchased product are:

– within 7 days of receiving the order;

– defective and unusable product;

– product not corresponding to the one ordered.

The transport costs for the return of the products are borne by La Via Firenze in case of errors in the shipment of the model, or objective defects of the goods, attributable to La Via Firenze. They are charged to the consumer for any other reason not attributable to a demonstrable and obvious error of the company.

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the purchase. Once the return has been approved (items must be in perfect condition and with internal labels intact), you will receive an email to confirm that the amount will be paid into your account within 3-14 days.

IMPORTANT: Returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted. There is a maximum of one return request per order (with which it is possible to request the operation for more than one product).
